The FCRA (Federal Law A/K/A Fair Credit Reporting Act) requires we:

The Credit Bureaus have their own regulations:

  • You must be a business or act like one.
  • National or regional companies.
  • Large rental companies.
  • Small apartment rental companies.
  • Property management companies.
  • If you have been in business more than one year.
  • Your business is new or less than one year.
  • On line access security requirements.

What if I can't or won’t comply with the above regulations? Can I still join?

Yes, however we are required to verify you have a permissible purpose to have credit information under the FCRA. You must fill out our online membership application and pay a $75.00 set up fee once we process your membership application and bill your creditcard submitted with your L2L membership application.
You will not have instant online access to credit information, but you will have full access to our Application Processing Programs.
